The Ground Breaking Ceremony to reconstruct 18 KM of road 213 from Rovieng district to Kampong Putrea Bridge in Preah Vihea province, which was held on 21 December 2010, was presided over by HE. Tram Iv Tek, Minister of the Ministry of Public Works and Transport. The reconstruction of this road is under the Provincial Rural Infrastructure Project funded 90% by the IDA credit no. 3822-KH of the World Bank and 10% by the Royal Government of Cambodia. During the delivery of the speech on the Ground Breaking Ceremony, HE, Tram Iv Tek stated this road with larger dimension. Also, the small and big bridges will be reconstructed.  The reconstruction of this section of the road 213 is aimed to reduce the poverty and to improve the living condition of the rural people.
